Our Speakers today were with RUX or Rural-Urban Exchange! Savannah Barrett, Azucena “Susie” Trejo-Williams, and Jessie Harden spoke with us about what RUX is and what they wish to accomplish in our community! “The Kentucky Rural-Urban Exchange (RUX) is a creative leadership program that strengthens professional and intercultural competencies while building connections across racial, economic and geographic divides— towards our shared future.”This is Kentuckians being ambassadors for their community while learning about other counties around them and the challenges they may face. They work together to help one another with those challenges and help to build solutions!
